Exchange
Approved exchanges are subject to size and product availability. Where reverse pickup is available, the applicable instructions will be shared after approval.
The replacement is processed after the returned product is received and passes inspection.
Refund
Refunds are initiated after the returned product reaches us and is approved during quality inspection.
The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please report the issue as soon as possible. Clear photographs of the product and its packaging may be requested so the case can be reviewed quickly.
Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled before dispatch where cancellation is still available. Once dispatched, an eligible customer may use the return or exchange process after delivery.

A note about cotton-linen
Cotton-linen fabrics may naturally show minor variations in colour, texture, slub, weave or appearance. Screen settings can also make colours look slightly different. These subtle variations are part of the character of the fabric and, by themselves, may not constitute a manufacturing defect. Genuine defects will still be reviewed under this policy.
